What have you done to a perfect product?

Was a amazing product.... but just bought recently (one in new bottle) and it feel different , does not work as well and has as an awful medical kind of odor to it. Please bring back original version.

Hey been using this product for many years and when the bottle changed the product also changed when you apply it the skin is so rough can you kindly change back to the previous product and bottle
