BLACK & WHITE INVISIBLE SILKY SMOOTH ANTI-PERSPIRANT STICK

Since changing to the new packaging, Nivea has lost me as a consumer. Have used Nivea for years and loved it, no more. The new deodorant crumbles and falls out in chunks, opened a new deodorant today and it was split in two pieces down the center. It seems the new formula is just too soft and the container is rough to use on underarms. A total waste of money, I will be looking for another brand

I’ve used this antiperspirant for years. I don’t like the new formula, it feels wet and sticky. You lost me, I will not buy again.

I have never been so frustrated with the anti-perspirant ever. When I purchased Nivea black-and-white invisible I was so excited because the formula felt so soft and smooth and smelled fantastic. The first the deodorant stick cracked in half and a third of it crumbled to the floor. I thought maybe this was user error, maybe I had too much product exposed. I applied pressure thinking it wasn’t compacted enough. Every day that I have used this anti-perspirant it has crumbled to the floor. For seven dollars and such a reputable company. I am so disappointed. If I could give this rating zero stars, I absolutely would. I have contacted the company, they said that I would be reimbursed or given “valuable coupons”. I’m not sure I would even use them for this product. Defective product gets fixed soon.
