BLACK & WHITE INVISIBLE WATER LILY ANTI-PERSPIRANT STICK

I have been using Nivea deodorant for many years and have always been very happy with the product. However, the latest change to the packaging change is not working for me at all. The flat, elongated shape of the stick does not work well with a woman's underarm. It is too wide and scrapes the skin, making it unpleasant to use. Unfortunately you have lost a loyal customer with this ill advised change. I can only assume it was made to streamline packaging so that the shape can be used for both men's and women's products, but the shape of most women's underarm is vastly different from that of a man. I am not sure how this got through the testing stage.

I started using this product in the past year and while it works well for its intended purpose the deodorant breaks off when it hits 1/4 remaining every time. I have tried using it vertically, horizontally, alternating, doesn’t seem to matter, still breaks off. I am not sure if this is due to the deodorant being too soft or a design flaw in the packaging but it needs to be addressed.

I hate the change to the long oval applicator and the softer consistency of the deodorant. Doesn’t matter whether I apply horizontally or vertically, it breaks off and I end up having to throw away after barely using half. What a waste! I’ll be looking to switch brands which is too bad because I used to really like this product.
