BLACK & WHITE INVISIBLE WATER LILY ANTI-PERSPIRANT STICK

I have purchased two sticks of this deodorant recently and in both cases the deodorant crumbles apart making it unusable. Very dissatisfied.

I have been using this product for years, and never had issues with it until the re-design. As other reviewers have mentioned, the stick breaks apart super easily, sometimes crumbling and falling all over the floor while applying, and having only used 1/2 of the deodorant at that point. I never had this issue previously, and I bought a few different sticks from different stores at different times to see if it was a batch issue - each one breaks apart and becomes unusable well before the product has been used up. I emailed the company with these concerns and they sent coupons for the deodorant, but it looks like they aren't addressing the issue at all. Such a shame, this was the best deodorant I'd come across, but I am not going to keep buying a product that is crap, and not keen to buy any of their other products either if this is what has happened to the quality of this product. Really do not recommend this product anymore.

I’ve been using this deodorant for YEARS and loving the way it keeps me dry and smelling fresh. It has always crumbled out of the container near the end of the stick, so occasionally I try to find a different brand…but every time I leave, I end up missing it and coming back, despite the design …until now. Knowing your own product, WHY did you change the shape?!? Now I either need to keep it turned so low the plastic scrapes and irritates my underarms or the entire stick breaks off with only half the product used. It’s just not feasible to keep buying a new stick…💔 I’m going to have to find my second favourite deodorant…
